Who must sign
- Every participant must complete the waiver before a rental or tour.
- A parent or legal guardian must sign for each minor participant.
- The person named on the booking remains responsible for meeting rental and operator requirements.
Electronic waiver
Complete the waiver online before arrival to reduce check-in time. Review every section carefully before signing.
Boat rental agreement
Boat renters must also review and complete the separate boat rental agreement covering operation, responsibility, and equipment care.
Before you arrive
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Bring the credit card used for booking; the cardholder name must match the booking contact.
- Review the Safety Guidelines and arrive early enough for orientation.
- Questions about cancellations are covered by the separate Cancellation Policy.
Acknowledgment of risk
Watercraft operation and participation involve inherent risks. Signing confirms that you have reviewed the agreement, understand those risks, and agree to follow staff instructions and applicable safety rules.
