Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book, rent, operate, ride, or participate in a Nauti Hooker experience.

Booking or participating confirms that you have reviewed these terms, the applicable safety guidance, and all required waivers or rental agreements.

Bookings and payments

  • Reservations require a valid credit or debit card. A deposit or hold may be placed before departure.
  • Balances are due before departure. Prices are subject to change until confirmed.
  • Taxes, fuel, and optional add-ons may apply. Gratuity for guides and captains is appreciated.

Eligibility and identification

  • The primary renter must be 18 or older and present government-issued photo ID.
  • Drivers may be 16 or older when a parent rents the jet ski and all Florida boating requirements are met.
  • We may refuse service for safety concerns, suspected impairment, or policy violations.

Conduct and equipment care

  • The renter is responsible for equipment from check-out through return. Damage caused by negligence or rule violations may be charged.
  • Follow navigation markers, idle and no-wake zones, and all staff guidance.
  • No alcohol or drug use while operating any vessel.

Cancellations and weather

See our Cancellation Policy for timelines and eligibility. We may reschedule, reroute, or cancel an experience when conditions are unsafe.

Liability and assumption of risk

Water activities involve inherent risks. Participants assume those risks. A waiver and liability release must be signed by every participant; minors require a parent or guardian.

Personal property

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought aboard, carried on a jet ski, or left on the premises.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue and jurisdiction lie within Lee County, Florida.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
