Standard cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit or be subject to a 25% fee.
- No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be charged in full.
Reschedules
We are happy to move your reservation to another available date or time once at no charge with at least 12 hours notice. Reschedules within 12 hours are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Weather and safety
- If we cancel due to unsafe weather, you may choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
- Light rain or scattered showers do not automatically qualify for cancellation. Decisions are based on marine conditions.
- Trips already underway may be prorated if we must return early for safety.
Documentation and requirements
- Valid photo ID and the booking credit card are required at check-in.
- Operators must meet Florida boating safety requirements.
- All participants must sign a waiver; minors require a parent or guardian signature.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank and typically take 3-10 business days.
